Microwave Caramel popcorn




Do you love caramel popcorn?  Do you love it so much you won't keep in this house?  Do you sometimes want it in the middle of the night or when it's 10F outside and you're sick?  You can make it in the microwave .   Step one, obviously, pop the corn.
Take 3/4 of a stick of butter and 1/2 C if brown sugar.   Microwave on high for one minute, stop and stir.  Microwave until it boils for another two minutes.  Stir it with a fork and pour it over the corn. 

Stir the corn until it's coated and dust with sea salt.  Delicious!
