Here's the thing, the stuff is delicious. It blends easily with water or milk. It's pretty thick for a protein shake. If you add fresh fruit and ice you can't tell the difference between that and the 400 calorie smoothie you get at a smoothie restaurant.
Seriously. It also only has 90 calories in two scoops in and of itself. The smoothie in the picture has:
1/4 C frozen blue berries
4 or 5 homemade ice cubes
1/4-1/2 C frozen sliced strawberries
2 scoops of Eas Fruit Smoothie
Enough water in the blender to let all the stuff move.
Maybe 120 calories in the whole thing. 10g protein, 5g fiber. You can't beat it. In theory it could replace your lunch or your breakfast, but my body is usually uncooperative and wants to be fed more than that. (Can you blame it? 120 calories isn't much)
