Yes, before you ask, my titles are intentionally vague. I didn't intend to exercise today. I didn't intend to, but when I finished logging food I was 129 calories over and I cracked. I spent 30 minutes on the stationary bike tonight. That put me at 264 calories left over.
I was craving sugar pretty hard today. Ended up eating a box of dots. It could have been a lot worse. I did stop at Holdings and only bought a bag of cheddar munchies. I know I can't exercise to make up for caving every day so I guess I'd better get this under control.
